I was married to Albert, my high school sweetheart, and we had two sons, Justin and Jared. I was very busy as a wife, mother and college student. There was much love, laughter, and as you can imagine, activity in my life. Everything became silenced the day my family was hit by a drunk driver.
After the loss of my husband and two sons, I did what I knew to move on. I was not equipped with the proper tools to complete my grief. Therefore I continued to carry it everywhere until it became so heavy that I was dragging it behind me. For many years I was emotionally exhausted, lost, isolated and in pain.
It was not until I found The Grief Recovery Method that I was able to heal my grief. I loved this program so much and believed in the transformation that it creates that I became certified to teach it. I am passionate, dedicated and ready to support you on your journey to wholeness.
I have been certified to teach the Grief Recovery Method since 2011 and love helping people recover from their grief.

Since 2011, I have been a licensed Spiritual Coach. This is very much like regular counseling, but here we explore and embrace spiritual principles while I uncover and reawaken the spiritual truth of who you are.
I am a Health Coach and a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). As a health coach, I am drawing from my experience in my other services to provide holistic health and wellness.
I have been a Massage Therapist since 1998, and I graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy. I practice Deep Tissue Massage, Stretching and Acupressure-Thai-Shiatsu- Massage, and Grief Bodywork. I am certified in Reiki and Pregnancy Massage. I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. I deepen my skills through continuing education.
Some of the things that I practice daily are meditation, spiritual prayer and mindfulness. I also use essential oils to have a clean, chemical-free body and environment.
I enjoy hiking, swimming, dancing and healthy cooking.
